USDC (ERC20) Deposit Skrill -> Stake //Careful with Skrill!

Hello Guys!

These fkers at skrill wont help my thats why im taking this to this forum. 

I made a withdrawl from Skrill to stake with USDC (erc20) on 39.78 USDC. 3rd of april. 

Skrill said that the transaction Is 'Proscessed' and that the money have been paid to my Stake USDC (ethereum) wallet. the third of april. 

The money have not been deposited at my stake USDC wallet. And skrill is not willing to give me the transaction on the blockchain so i can verfiy it? 

* I have check the wallet adress 100x so there is no type o. The adress is 100% correct and its on the ethereum network. 

*I have checked the wallet adress on ETHERSCAN and there is no new transaction made for the last 56 days to that wallet (from what i can understand)

"They are just saying contact your Wallet support bla bla."

 

According to skrill they are 100% sure that the transaction has been made....  

Its not alot of money i just dont want to get skemd by Skrill. 

 

Any tips what i can do?

For what bro? wont they want a TX hash? i cant not give them any transaction numbers or things like that beacuse skrill is not willing to give it to me for some reason. But i can send pictures to them ofcourse.

Stake has a funds recovery team, Im sure they can help you forward and ask for the right details.

Stake support told me they need the ' TX hash' Or the Explorer link to be able to look into this. 

I will do a last try with skrill and see if they can provide it for me.

Still no answear from skrills side. Im starting to think that they are lieing and money never Been sent from the first time. 

 

@Teflonron i have no idea i tried to searche on the wallet adress but i cannot see the transfer There.

Thats the adress Skrill claimed that they have sent the USDC to..

if somebody can help me im Happy to share a bit of the money. 

 

Stake cannot help me without the TX ’hash’ and thats understandable. And Skrill is doing this classical call the other support we cannot/Will not help you. Well i guess the money never Will be recived. A 40 dollar lesson never to use Skrill again.

This was the final answear i recived from skrill when i was asking for the TX hash on the transaction. 

According to skrill the money has been sent to the wallet: 0x5b7502d1c9342ffd203e801eaae2cbc7741070a1 (erc20).
 

I want to give a big shoutout to Rodoljub on the support team for trying to help me.

 

Skrill has no intensions in helping me. 

So i got skemd on 39 USDC.

Well, how you know they are sending via erc20?  just curious 🤔

I looked up your given address on ether and bsc network and there is not any incoming usdc transacition. I also checked for failed transactions. No attempt to transfer usdc to this address on any of these networks at all.

 

Ask the skrill support about which network they sent the coins.

If they answer erc20 or bep20 then its definetly scam.

That they dont want to provide a transaction hash is fishy as fuck

They ”escalated it to another deparment” 2 weeks later i Will wait for answears from that departement

After 21 days and 15+ help tickets skrill decided that they had not transfer the money to the USDC erc20 wallet. The money got credited back to my skrill account and i Will make a new in LTC.

Thanks alot brother. Last time i use skrill their costumer service is horrible. Telling me its done when its not done. 10 diffrent costumer service people talking to me like im the idiot. but when i talk with the 11th person he told me skrill have done wrong and that the money never was sent.

I would not buy crypto at skrill. If you have to use skrill then use their virtual cc to buy crypto at any real coin market.
