New User Post requirement to events should be removed or reduced only

Hello,

I don't see any sense in requiring users to have a minimum post before submitting an entry to an event/challenges. At least that is from my perspective because I'm not really a forum person. I'm just here to submit my entry.

There is a reason. They are posting 10 useless posts every day like "ok" "nice" or other spam and useless moderators don't care about it.
