Account frozen

Just a heads up, someone gained access to my account. They made out with 500 USD. Changed the password on my verified email and my stake account and then reported it. The money is a lose, I’m cool with that. I do have an issue though with this next part. I was able to claim the monthly still (plat 3). The account was placed in withdraw mode only until I can provide account verification. I’ve submitted everything required and I haven’t heard anything. Support gives you the same generic statements (I get it). No ones confirmed if I’m going to keep the money from the monthly (itself 500 USD or so). They even mentioned the account may be deactivated for “account sharing” when I informed them it was a hack I never shared anything they sent that it was still a terms and service violation. I’ll let you know if they end up allowing the account back open or the least allow me to withdraw my monthly bonus. I will end up with about 1,000 loss total. ( yeah, it was my screw up not having 2fa on lesson learned )

it takes at least 48 hours. I lost my 2fa once, had to answer a few questions, sent in some screenshots et voila 48 hours later i could use it again.

Okay thanks a lot. We will see. I’ve sent the transactions in from my wallet and my IP I just hope there’s no further issue.

Ah so first it was within 24 hours, second was 48 hours, third was 72 hours. Now they are just telling me to be patient: it’s been 4 days. Seems to me that they’re playing games at this point

Last update. I was able to recover the account. The person made out with near 1,000 between the monthly and the balance. Upsetting but it’s the way it goes
