veeserion Posted April 14, 2023 #4 Posted April 14, 2023 The person who requested the self-exclusion should be the one who's punished. In land-based casinos, if a person requests a self-exclusion and it gets accepted, the person in question becomes legally banned from all participating casinos within the self-exclusion coverage area. If a person who has been added to the self-exclusion list enters or attempts to enter a casino that participates in the self-exclusion program, they can be arrested and charged with trespassing.

majali7891 Posted April 15, 2023 #7 Posted April 15, 2023 A dumb person who did not learn his lesson & re-opened his account after he closed it then lost 8k in gambling. what has Stake to do with this?? From legal aspect, no responsibility will be held on Stake. also no lawyer will be interested of taking such lawsuit.. its a losing case for any lawyer.
