Please fix those Captcha

       Today, once again, I missed $36 code drop due to this Captcha picture selection bug. Ever since such Captcha bugs started, It caused me to miss at least $100+ from code drops. Including 4 X $8 codes during March's final event, a few drop codes along the weekend streams since then, most sadly, the lists included last week's $18 final code and this week's $36 final code.

     I spent a fortune every weeks in order to keep up with10k+ in wagering in order to not miss those codes from the streams, but got ripped by those stupid captcha bug over and over again. I tried to report to live chat twice, and of course, they said it was all my fault. I was accused by used VPN/ set up proxy with my internet (and I did none of that) at first,  And then, they said it was because of my Browser's caches not cleared. Stake's staff tried their best imaginations to put blames on me but only one thing they did not do is to try solve the problem. All it really took was a few mintures, write an E-mail with Feedback  to that Captcha's making Company relating to this incident, and it might take them almost no time to fix such problem. It's been couple months already since I first report such bug, but I see no corrections at all.  I know staffs working live chat channel,  already get used to  dump all the excuses and blames into their players. but maybe this time, at least this time, can we do the right thing? How hard is it to just report the bug back to captcha's company?? 

    Why players have to pay those expeisive penalites and got hurt only? It is so tilt when this happened as if you watch the stream video 2 weeks ago, same thing happened to Eddie, even Eddie was pissed off so much in the stream. And what I missed was more than 10 times of that. Please, I beg you to report this error to captcha's company and no one ever will experience what I did in the past few months.
