hello guys

i think there was an error with the multiplier race leaderboard?

i am listed as third place with the bet id:

the second place however, has a 7ct bet, which should mean that the bet is not eligible for the promotin?

how does it work now from here?

@AleksandarZ

then i asked support, support said its a visual bug;

i dont know, why it shows 10 ct there.

if i check his replay (https://replay.hacksawgaming.com/?partner=stake&roundid=4952913500) - i can see that his bet amount was 6 INR - clearly not eligible.

the support however is hesitant, that it is eligible? could someone elaborate?

sorry for making noise here

Seems unfair to me. Why would a 7 cent bet count when the minimum bet amount is 10 cents?

The loss will be much higher if you grind the slot on the required bet amount, which is 10 cents.

i think the support guy just went to the game and checked the min bet on usd, he then saw the min bet is 10ct and said it has to be valid without taking into account other currencies. then he just said „yeah it is valid“ - or rather it has to be valid. clearly this is not the case though

this, again shows how absolutely incapable the team is to handle these situations properly.

how can someone be eligible with a 7cent bet when it clearly states the minimum base bet is 10 cent?

this is the dumbest shit ive read in a while

good job again stake team

Some of them don't know how to read and how currency work, hope you can find someone that can read properly and solve your problem.

i just feel trolled by this individual. i saw that people tag @AleksandarZ if they have such issues. if i check the network for the bet size it CLEARLY says 0.07ct. since USDT is a stable coin and its price did not change by 30% last week, i highly doubt that the support guy really contacted the team in the first place and i also doubt that the bet is valid:

It's just sad and tiresome that lately mistakes are made in the evaluation of every promotion. That the support then doesn't even admit to mistakes is even sadder.

Hopefully the promotions will soon be evaluated really automatically.

@vasiloI would be happy with second place, and not having problems with other players … and constantly typing in live support because of that.

in my opinion should Stake team make minimum bet at least 0.25/0.40 bet …

what do you mean with that? of course im happy, i wrote support once, i just did not like how i was being treated, even though i was clearly right on this case. it's not just me who got the wrong payout (less than what they would have deserved) - there are 48 other ppl potentially affected

He has clearly played with IDR, as you can get a 1000IDR bet on Rip city with that, and it equals 7 cents.

No, he played with INR. You can see it in the replay as mentioned in an earlier reply.
