I had this host for year over, but i ll complain really seriously right now. He giving me bonus each month, but now nothing, when i asking how much wager needed to get bonus. he cant explain clearly. Seriously stake??? even your worker cant give some info for getting bonus? FFS Stake get your platform and worker right. I wont touch your site again until get good answer.

i already clearand delete chat with VIP  ( clearing my TG for bad services ) and support told me that i am no longer get Host since no activity. Okay, twitter been unfollowed too. No need bad thing in this life, just easily remove them

That last sentence really show the mentality of the site atm. Just based on that coment, people with gambling issues would have had a solid case to get back all loses if this was on european site with a ”good license”.

Not trying to say this is good, but i guess i know the reason for it. 

As a Plat 3, you are actually not entitled to a host. You just got the host when the requirement was Plat 3. Now it`s Plat4. 

So you are not eligble for the bonus just based on your rank. Also with a lack of gameplay, they need to set restrictions i guess.

That said, deleting Telegram and leaving stake is maybe one of the best ideas i have heard in a long time. 😂 As long as you don`t replace it with another casino.

Same for me to.. platinum 5 here and my host been telling me lately that nothing is available at the moment even though ita been long time since i won anything.  Stake sure if going downhill real quick.

yeah better play without host like these. I got host from long time and newly one is Vasu, From Ami, boja and now this host which never clearly explain what stake req bonus etc.

Yeah Yuka recently took away my vip benefits too, I just wagered 500k in one week at the end of January... Such bullshit

I'm not sure how you think about having a VIP host but looks that you think if having a VIP host will give you free bonusses without depositing & wagering.

The host did not say anything wrong & was extremely polite with you.

You need to deposit & wager to get bonuses man.

Every one of us who have a host, if we did not wager during a certain week will get a very low reload amount, & this applies on  the bonuses we get if we did not depo & wager enough after a month or so.

Use your money to play then complain about not having enough bonuses if it happened .

The host is assigned to ease things out for us and not to give us free money without putting some money in the house.

Platinum 5 here.  I been losing almost every day and yet, my host is keep telling me there is nothing available for me.  How is this??

The reloads are wager based & our April bonus was given at the early of this month.

Unless after making a depo & had a big loss during hat session to claim something back.

What do you expect to get extra? This is the normal that we get.

Nothing to do with april bonus.  I was talking about loss back.  Of course i expect to get extra on my loss.

you usually get that if your loss was after a considerable deposit amount with a fast loss, during a session of playing or 2.

Let me tell you, i used to request it every 500 i lose, up to 2 times a day and they gave it to me.  I lost 3k in 2 days and they say nothings available.  Please stop trying to defend stake.  We all know their bonus programs has gone to shit.
