Can I appeal a hosts decision ?

So my vip host Yuka recently dropped my vip benefits.

When just at the beginning of the year I wagered nearly 500k in just one week... How is that fair ?

Apparently my business here isn't appreciated...  Just because I have a few slow weeks my vip benefits get taken away ? Smh makes me not want to continue playing here to be honest... Is there any way to appeal this ?

This is not something you can appeal to. This topic has nothing to do with the support section. That is why your topic has been moved by the moderator to this section.

Your VIP host is a support member and his/her decision is based on your statistics/gameplay.

You can complain and give your opinion about this decision in general, but as I said, this is not relevant to the support section.

What do you want to appeal for!!

Everything that the Hosts grant to us is "depo/wager/gameplay/P&L" based. they cannot just give money or increase reload amounts out of their own mind for us.

This happens with every player having a VIP Host, Some bad times we get little tiny stuff & @ the good times we get rewarded fairly.. 

 

I wagered 3M in last week of November, then down to 0.5M December, 300k in Jan, way less in Feb (where a very little was granted to me) & I never complained or asked for extra, Once I went back to wager good again all the good stuff came back.. This is how it works.

Pretty common that VIP hosts are getting taken away from players these days. Nothing you can do about it to be honest.

Stake has set a new path that is more focused on profit than honoring the VIP aspects that they stated would never change.

When you lose a VIP you are now only able to interact with support. I have never had a positive interaction without loads of work on my end to get a simple issue sorted.

I enquired about lossback,received a copy and paste response and was removed the next week. 🤣

It has not been a site that caters to medium to lower players or the raffle would reflect a balance.

Well if the VIP was removed from you this means stood still @ your level for a long time.

Every gambling site & even gambling house will give you attention when you pay & play or wager.. after a while if becoming a low value player "Not wagering that much" the attention will be decreased & given to those who makes income to the house.
that applies everywhere unless you never been to casinos on regular bases you will not realize that.

 

About the copy/paste that you are talking about, As I wrote before before I contacted them many times & didn't see what you claim, also on regular contact with my VIP host who also is always nice with me.. so I assume that you have read a lot of complains at the forum where some player use the term (Copy/Paste) & decided to use it here as well.

Also for the loss back, I believe it's a case by case issue where most of the time when someone loses a big amount during a single session or 2 they can give him back 5-10% of his depo, & even this unfortunately gets misunderstood where players lose some amounts over multiple days 3 - 5 & go to support requesting a loss back then come out crying loud complaining because its declined.

If you noticed me that's good, maybe sometime later you will understand that my comments on topics try to clear out some misunderstandings where few players think that the casino should pay them even if they did not pay & play which applies nowhere. also you would get that I never place my opinion over the (MODs) since I do not use the chat & cannot judge something I did not try.

It is the right for everyone to speak out his mind & complain for anything that makes sense which is not the case in many posts here.

This is a nice way to gloss over Eddie stated repeatedly the VIP would never change and base would always stay the same. People invested due to this point and have had the rug pulled out from under them.

I asked for clarification and was given the copy and paste others had received from the same host. Play is a factor but discrepancy between hosts is more a factor.

I just notice you come in often from Stakes perspective everytime in a condescending manner. Often getting aspects wrong and misleading. It takes work to do this and not really something a player would do to waste time. Thats a hint.😋

You argue about things you have less than 30% of knowledge or experience about, yet your words doesn't fit in those arguments (Rug pulled as an example)

whenever you get your rug back don't forget to roll it and take it home with you before logging-of so that they won't pull it from you again next time.

If you lost your host, you should move on to a different site. At least for me, it`s my host that keeps me from going to another site. 

But if you only lost your benefits like reload and VIP bonuses, i don`t see a problem. They will come back if you start playing again. And if not, you just leave.

I'm curious: in what way does your host keep you here?

If reloads were automated, what else does a host really do? Some lossback once in a while if you ask them nicely is about all I can think of.

Just the lossback and VIP bonuses add up. Sometimes top players bonus. But even more important, if you need any help.

We all know that support on this site is maybe the absolute worst in the industry world wide. My host have always helped my with any form of issues. 

But i have also noticed that i have been very lucky wiith my host. I have read some horror stories about other hosts. 

I give mine 10/10.

It seems you're not very literate. It's not about what I was getting from my host. It's the fact of my host completely dropping me until I wager another 500k and hit plat 4 , so much for Eddie's comment that those of us that got a host before the changes to p4 requirement wouldnt lose our host. 

 

Stake is just going to shit all around 💯 and everyone sees it

Same thing happened to most P3 or lower with a host. It’s company policy, not personal. They’re even taking away hosts from people P4 or up who don’t lose enough. I’m sure these use to refer the VIP benefits as lifetime, but hey, Stake always lies.

its ovbious that they are slowly killing the bonuses and ditching og users.
we all thought that vip hosts are for life at the beggining but they keep taking it away after a while when u dont wager.
weekly dropping,no pre or post monthly, higher level needed for vip hosts, everything i just going downhill. it is what it is
