How can you calculate bonuses

Can't be calculated.. 

It depends on "Wager, type of games played, P/L & deposits"..

But in general weekly is almost near 1$ for every 1K wagered.. monthly can never be calculated.

i wagered about 10k so far and ripped everything also does a bonus count as "profit"?

Yes it does count as profit in a way but wont affect that much on the monthly I think.

Although I am not very sure about this information.

It's really hard to calculate weeklies because they always change the formula. You cannot find a pattern and one week you may receive way less that similar past ones. About monthly, my last monthlies were 100% my past weeklies +/- 10%.
