Requesting a Detailed Tutorial on How to Verify Your Bets at Stake

@oxywizard's recent threads on the site being rigged has got me thinking about provably fair.  I have no doubt that Stake is "fair" and its only advantage is the house edge that  is disclosed for every game.  Whenever someone gets butthurt over losing they start a thread or rant in chat about the site being rigged.  I've never paid much attention to it, sometimes they are really funny if their rants are creative, but it might be constructive to have a clear place to point them.

It may be helpful to have a thread here or a video that gives step by step instructions on how to verify your bets at Stake.  That way there's a specific place to point people rather than simply saying the site is provably fair.

And just in case anyone is wondering, legitimate provably fair systems do work and HAVE brought down online casinos that were cheating their players.  The one I am most familiar with is dicebitco.in (long gone, don't go to that site).  Their thread about what happened is here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789339.0

There are so many valuable resources online that discuss provably fair and how to verify that the gambling you are participating is completed honestly and fair.

The problem with provably fair, is that it isn't the easiest thing to understand, and that's because it uses complex algorithms to ensure the system can't be abused by both operators and players. The one thing and most important thing to understand however, is that provably fair is adopted by new age online gambling entities because of how powerful it is. If it wasn't a legitimate technology, it wouldn't be so popular.
