My title goes as such not really (Very Important Person) more like (Semi Important Group)

Now I'll start by saying I have no complaint with my host they are only doing what they are allowed to do. My guess is by some sort of paperback or digital manual. But the problem is they can't get authorized by higher up to grant a specific request from their VIP it seems they are just to go by the guidelines already set out. Which is why I say semi important group because all our VIP experience is the same.

Specific example so in my stake lifetime Negative Profit.  -$197,000(I'm not rich these are substantial losses to me) Just spread out since joining Dec 2019 the impact is manageable.

So I asked my host if I could possibly get a larger 1time bonus if they could get authorized to do so based up me being so far into the negative.

My host wasn't able to do this not because they don't want to help me out but because the rules are grouped for all VIP that those type bonuses are based on recent gameplay. So there is the missing Person in VIP. I mean especially when those large email bonuses were sent to bring players back. Keeping your current ones happy will retain their patronage. Cause I can go to any online casino and lose $200k lifetime with no personalized comps. When a host can't get authorized to do a request that is very reasonable. Again my host is great the fault isn't with them fault is with the rules they must go by lacking the ability to personalize our requests.

Some might say we'll at Diamond they do have a personalized option. Ok but although I'm not far from diamond majority will never reach diamond the average person can't sustain the losses to get there long term or massive wagers to get there fast. So that Diamond personalization is something probably only 2% of Stake community will see.

So there's my suggestion giving VIP hosts the ability to seek higher up authorization to grant reasonable requests.

Oh also 1 other suggestion This last stream that guy that got picked and never even placed a wager to someone like me that has been there trying since those bonus buys started and actively wagers. Him winning was a slap in the face. And I think it would be very reasonable to set something like minimum VIP level platinum to be able to participate in bonus buys . Stake has the raffle where someone who's only wagered 1k has a chance to win. While odds of that happening is low it should be low as they havent done the wagers to make their odds beeter. While bonus buys should be a reward for those who's put time and money into stake because once selected its a guaranteed win. To be clear your not required or expected to do bonus buys im just saying if you do your actual players that contribute to majority of revenue PlAtinum and higher should be the targeted groups for this giveaway.

Which will produce more revenue cause then you force the farmers to level to platinum.

I agree with what you wrote.

But the problem is that no one cares anymore, the concentration is now focused on Stake.us & Kick.com while we are almost forgotten or taken for granted considering the number of players on Stake.com

Regrading the bonus buys, I stopped participating since it's unfair from every aspect in addition to what you have said about it, too many players now use 5 - 7 Discord accounts at minimum you find them in every room & leave a spare account to jump from one room to another.. you can't get a chance no matter whatever you do.. 

The whole thing just sucks. I personally stopped participating in it & will never do.

Well if so, then yes I believe its calculated as profit.. because any bonus can be withdrawn without wager. so the include it as profit.

so what is overall profit -197k or -93k ? But in both cases overall rtp isn't too bad. I think overall RTP is one of the criteria for a vip host to grant a loss back.

i saw his screenshot which is clearly from Stake. I asked nicely and polite @Dusan to get the same overview but I am really treated as if I'm retarded. First I contacted online support and got 2 overviews I couldn't open.  Brave blocked them both as potential dangerous. I was advised to send email where i got a list of all crypto i ever used but not what i asked for. I attached the screenshot of @Ebitcoin1985 in this post and asked for something simular with profit/loss.

I got this answer ''Based on your VIP progress, we have calculated that your overall wagered amount on Stake by far is $1,097,350" Again not what I asked for.

last attempt telling clearly that I wanted profit/loss in usd he  answered this

"Since we are a crypto casino, we can only provide you with your overall statistics in crypto."

So dear @Dusan the toothfairy gave the stats to @Ebitcoin1985 ?

And for your information I'm not retarted, I work as manager at the local foodbank for homeless, probably more satisfying as yours and I don't have to lie at our clients.
