If you come to Holland, I think you should try to go to Rotterdam or den haag or little bit outside of central amsterdam. More peaceful and clean

I suggest you go to the windmill village. There a lot cut animals. You can take photos with them. And I like waffles. Trust me, waffle is an amazing dessert.
