Well, i think i am around for more or less 12 hours on sports chat! If there are decent matches going on, i stay active for a longer period to interact about sports. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A job of a moderator is to make everyone follow rules in a friendly way that doesn't offend anyone! If a moderator is of sports chat he or she should be well aware about sports so they can engage with the people around. Lastly, a mod should never be bias and must treat every member equally regardless of their rank. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I've been a huge fan of stake community and i'd love to be a part of the panel. I have also tried to apply in the past but unfortunately vacancies were not open. I want to serve this community by giving my very best. If i've been given this oppurtunity, i'll make sure that more people are coming in sports chat and engaging about different sports. The tasks of a moderator are: - Make sure that users follow the rules -Communicate the rules and help users with questions about the rules. -To either warn or mute for violations of various kinds. - Stop begging and spam immediately. 4. I'm very interested in Stake and everything to do with sports betting and I really enjoy being active in sports chat and exchanging ideas with other users. But since there is sometimes a lot of chaos in the chat because the community has grown extremely and I'm on the chat a lot anyway, I would like to help keep the chat clean - there can never be enough moderators. I don't actively chat as much but I do especially chat when I am wagering on live matches , updating live scores etc or discussing live bets with people. (Since I am not a mod at the moment) 3. I could spend around 5-6 hours a day on the sports chat 3. A job of a moderator is to monitor chats to make sure users follow the rules set forth in the rulebook. It also means taking care of people, asking how their day was, and so on. Moderation can be really tricky sometimes because you need to handle certain situations in a certain way, for example people fighting would not be ideal to mute right away, but first to make them try and resolve the conflicts. There are a lot of philosophies behind moderation I believe in, and so I firmly believe that practicing all of these is best 4. I want to become a moderator because I miss stake. I have been here since March of 2019 and it has changed so much. It's much more than just a casino at this point, and stake 2.0 was sportsbook, and now we have live shows, and so much user growth! it's amazing to see how this casino has really transformed. 5. I've been muted over 11 times in the stake community over the last 4 years from the looks of it. Me stretching my limitations with the rules on stake back then were really all about finding out what's right and wrong. I understand this may not look good on my application, but this was YEARS ago. I've become more mature and there's a lot that has changed for me in my life. 6. I've been a moderator on a few discord servers here and there, and I also manage a hosting company, so representation of the company is super important to me, and moderation is a big aspect of it. I can understand how to talk in a professional setting, or in an informal setting, and I'm definitely hopping to put my years of experience into this for creating an ideal candidate It's been 4 years since I joined this platform, I can't wait to re-visit this soon.
