From my personal experience and being a fairly reasonable person, I've found the sportsbook manager incredibly difficult to deal with. I've had a permanent mute for a while due to a misunderstanding with Dusan and even after many attempts to clear the air, I can't help but be left with the feeling that I'm not valued enough as a customer. I feel like I'm dealing with an ego not a professional. I'm a platinum level player and genuinely loved the sports community so just wondering if others share the same experience or if I'm just the black sheep here. I've never begged or communicated in any way that I would classify as being worthy of a permanent mute and 12 months later, I still can't rack my brains around it. No bad feeling towards him at all and genuinely wish him the best but I just don't think a MOD holding a grudge is very professional. Keen to hear others experiences of this aspect of stake as I'm certain players have been lost due to being treated like they are beneath them.
