New T&C And Bots

Are bots (The programs which allow to place auto bets on stake originals like "QBOT") not allowed according to new T&C Section 5.Y or if we can still use them?
The section of T&C i'm talking about states "You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or any third parties’ participation in any of the games and/or services on the Website, and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the games and/or services on the Website;"
