paijoe Posted April 9, 2018 #1 Posted April 9, 2018 In the rapid development progress of bitcoins, there has been countries where bitcoins are banned like China ,Bolivia ,Bangladesh and others.......... Since bitcoins are not in the hands of government , many countries have banned it and are in the phase on banning bitcoins............ So what should be done? What should be said to the governements??

The governments should rethink it through and really think if its the only solution. maybe it is a difficult solution for some countries.
wry Posted April 9, 2018 #3 Posted April 9, 2018 A similar thread appeared yesterday: My answer here is the same as there: Crypto currencies will be around as long as someone is able to mine them. So in that way they cannot be stopped. However, national governments, using the guise of fighting criminals, can make converting crypto currencies to/from their national currencies so difficult to prohibitive as to virtually eliminate them from use in their borders. So in answer to the OP here, we need to articulate the legitimate and useful things bitcoin and other crypto currencies can do. Being decentralized networks they do have some real advantages!
