This is just getting way out of control…

They never give any explanation, they’re always unaware of anything the marketing team is doing, and again they just send out those email at “random” (meaning that’s random for us but they surely know who they’re sending it to)

that said I’m tired of all these BS, been a loyal customer ever since, been hitting reds all way along since march (I’m down around 25k since then) , nothing is paying and website just keeps glitching out of nowhere.

I won’t make anymore deposits, and probably moving to a more fair casino because this is just unacceptable, down 12k in the past month and all I get is a shitty 3,33$ reload? (9,99 in 3 days) meanwhile people out of nowhere are getting again those 1/3/5/7k “no strings attached” bonus email?? Nah, that’s not fair at all Stake.

I must agree hard on this... I'm over 1 Year here ( just looses on Stake) and never had a maxwin or anything like that... To that I never received anything like this bonus mail. Very disappointing....

It's clear that people who are unhappy about this are already hooked in the marketing team's eyes and therefore nothing is needed in terms of a bonus. These emails are trying to hook people who in their eyes are not yet. It's also about rinsing the pockets of many people as possible, that's the business model. It's a dangerous industry. Would say that the marketing team are seemingly ignoring the fact there are many competitors out there, they have surely lost some players to these shenanigans.

I can't say much myself, I'm hooked, and continue to lose staggering amounts of money here. They have no reason to give me a bonus like this, I am an idiot already.

You're getting out of control lol.

If you play regularly, they usually give you two bonuses every month (monthly + pre/post)

Also every week.

Also every day.

And you're crying because they give out bonuses to other players for a reason you don't know?

For example, most casinos give players that have gone inactive to get them to come back.  Do you think they shouldn't do that because it will make you too jealous?  How about if they send those bonuses to players that forget to claim weekly/monthly sometimes.  Would that be ok with you, or would you still be livid with jealousy.  Think how ridiculous that is.

It’s pathetic how you always tell people what they can or can’t be frustrated about.

This isn't you being treated unfair.

If a casino offered you a bonus if you completed some sort of wager requirement only to refuse to pay after you completed it , that would be unfair.

If your mother gave your sibling 2 cookies after dinner and then told you sorry, no more left,  guess that would be unfair.

A casino sending a bonus offer to someone and not also sending it to you is not unfair or messed up.

It's common for casinos to send promotions with decent value seemingly out of the blue to players that meet certain requirements, most often the requirements are targeting players that were once active but haven't been for x days and players that have missed a bunch of promotion opportunities, like claiming weekly bonuses or never bothering with reloads or something.

But really, every person that gets monthly/weekly/daily bonuses + more and is throwing a fit because they found out some people get emailed a one time bonus for some reason and they weren't included...you should all be ashamed.  Jesus.

Well well well,

that’s quite a statement from someone that probably have always been treated fair from Stake.

now let me show you this from a different perspective, if you go to work every day, put all the imaginable effort in what you do, going above and beyond, but you always get the same paycheck, would you call that fair if your colleagues that always call in sick, goes out for a smoke/coffe every 20 min and most of the time doesn’t complete the tasks, would get a raise just for doing nothing?

a smart person who gets an email with a 3k bonus with no strings attached, basically withdraws it and enjoys their “winning”, meanwhile every other idiot (myself included) that keeps depositing and wagering a little to then lose, what they get? 45$ weekly for a -7.4k loss on that same week? A monthly that is never the same day every month, just because they can calculate, based on your stats, which day is most convenient for them to pay less money as possible to their customers? A pre/post that doesn’t consider your wager/loss ratio at all?
Adding all this to the fact that support is ALWAYS not aware of what’s going on (to their say) makes it even more annoying, it’s like your boss doesn’t know you’re always watching videos at work even tho he’s sitting right next to you and there’s only the 2 of you in the company 🤷🏻‍♂️

what do you get from this fairness you’re entitling them to? An “amazing and exclusive” range of “enhanced RTP” slots? Meanwhile every other slot from that provider just stops to pay, you keep getting 20/30/40x bonuses payout after a whopping 700/800 losing spins? That’s called a scam to me, not a slot “cycle” and a company that proudly sponsors a scam isn’t fair at all.

(Same thing happens on stake originals too and other providers, so basically they do have an RTP switch)

Again, we can also add all the little extras like the Twitter giveaways, do you think people that always engage, even in a funny way, creating topics and discussion related to stake, taking time to solve riddles, to create funny and creative memes and gifs, trying to correctly predict an outcome of a match, all these people do you think they’re happy to see Stake picking people that just reply their user or even a single gif that’s not even related to the tweet, to win sometimes even 500/800/1000$? Do you really thinks that’s fair? They’ll just leave for better opportunities, and this way stake keeps on losing customers, over and over again.

to wrap this up, if anyone gets a bonus worth 500/1k/3k or even more after being treated as shit on stake, don’t you think they’ll just take the money and enjoy them? Or even worse (from stake perspective) withdraw and play on casinos that offer better and fair treatments?

I’ll just stop here, got way too many things to put down in a single thread.

Let me make your example closer to this situation.

You go to work every day.  And you receive a monthly bonus once or twice a month, and a weekly bonus every week, and a daily bonus every day.  And you find out that there is someone else at the company that got a bonus.  You don't know who they are, or how much the bonus was, or why they received the bonus.

It could literally be a $5 bonus because their mom just died or a $20 bonus because they forgot to claim their last $200 in bonuses.  All you know is a bonus was given.

Is it rational to conclude that it was wrong for the company to give that bonus to that worker?  That would mean there is no situation that the company should ever give out any bonus for any amount unless they also give you a bonus.

Is it wrong for the company to provide bonuses to different employees for different reasons and not all at the same time?

And your position gets even more insane when we move the situation to player/casino promotion relationship.
