We all can hear around the news how some governments in some countries react with the crypto trend. They just banned crypto so it is easier for them. Why they can just adopt and embrace the new technology like Japan. We hope to see more countries will jump in to crypto too. What can you say about this?

wry Posted April 13, 2018 #7 Posted April 13, 2018 This is a real risk and worry, while governments cannot stop bitcoin as long as miners somewhere can mine it, countries can stop conversion of bitcoin to their currencies or make simply posessing bitcoin de facto illegal. I hope it does not ever come to this, but I think it can.

I guess crypto will be part of the economy soon. It will not be ban in PH for sure.
YuRed Posted April 13, 2018 #12 Posted April 13, 2018 In Russia, there is a lot of talk about the crypto currency, talk is about taxing miners, prohibiting everyone from trading in the stock exchanges and allowing only those with permission for bidding, in general the state wants to control this direction, but does not know how. I have not heard of the complete prohibition, but probably it is impossible, but even if this happens, it does not frighten me at all, we will find a way out of this situation!
