I would say for me yes, I received a 10k tip one time and made .02 btc, although I played that on primedice. 

So far that still remains the highest I made only from a tip. Lol 😂

Puh... don'T know. Here so far not. I once got a 0.0005 Tip.. thats what I would call lucky compared to regular tips here. On Primedice.. some what bigger but don't ask me how much it was.
