beautifulkitten Posted June 12, 2023 #7 Posted June 12, 2023 is that even possible ? getting banned from support. i also faced similar kind issue on another site. the support button to initiate chat was not there . i tried everything reseting cookies, clearing cache. in the end i figured out that support chat had some vk link which site was banned in my country thats why i was not seeting the support button.

I've said there's wrong with my weekly , they just kept replying it's correct and "marketing team is always correct" sending the right bonus befitted to your account. After a week , They admitted there's wrong with weekly bonuses 😑 . Seems like they just admit it when everyone pressures them, and if only few complains, they (Supports) don't waste a time to help and will keep sending automated messages.

I don`t even bother to contact support to ask about something because i know already the answer for everything.
