The point is that the live support are stubborn and don't even want to check things, they copy paste and you're served. I mean, i can't really blame them fully tho, back in time support used to be trained for months and chatting during so now everyday seems a new support pop off out of nowhere... Anyways I hope the other fellows that encountered my issue, with all the reason on their side will get their boost fixed.
