Im from turkey and i have 1M wager here. 2 weeks ago i lost like 2.5k usd in one night and i get angry too much. So i write to online support. I said im addict like give my money. But of course i know its impossible i just dont know what to do i was so angry and sad. So stake is banned me. Im happy for it really. They said this is our responsible. But problem im partner of stake. I have affiliate players here. For example now there is a 40-50 usd in account. But i cant withdraw it. They not give me allow to withdraw. PLEASE TELL ME IS IT GOOD OR BAD THING I EARN MONEY? Here stakes responsible is give my money and help me to save my loss. But they not giving my money. so guys if gambleaware and gambling responsible or smth like that things important and STAKE IS CARE SOMEONE TELL ME WHY HE IS NOT BANNED YET? GUYS LOOK AT HIM HE LOOK LIKE HE HAS PROBLEM IN BRAIN HE IS PSYHCO. So stake please help me. I need really answer and help logically.
taysh075 Posted June 27, 2023 #2 Posted June 27, 2023 If Stake knows you are an addict (i.e., cannot control your gambling) as you told them, they are obligated to not allow you access to their site at all. This is in part, to try not to allow you to uncontrollably have access to any gambling sites. Therefore, you won't be able to gain affiliate money and in fact, should not have any site related to gambling given your issues (i.e., a site to gain affiliate money) as you have indicated you have no control. They are acting responsibly to information you provided. As for other streamers - they often act over the top as means to gain viewers. I can't comment on whether Stake should be asking them if they have an issue. That is for Stake team and processes to ensure. For you, you clearly told them you were an addict, even asking them to return your money as you indicated you had no control over spending it. They are only acting on what they have to do (i.e., give you no access to their gambling sites) when a customer informs them of their addiction. I wish you the best of luck. I think being banned from here will be good given your distress. I hope you find the strength to close any other accounts on other sites you may have. Take care my friend. Im playing slot games in stake, i have players in stake its DIFFERENT. i just have angry brother that day. Everybody going angry after lose. Xposed loss 1M in 30 min. And he rage like psycho. Tell me can he control himself? Ahahaha of course not. Brother. Just think about it. I dont kill nobody and i dont want to something i not own. I just want to money from my partnership. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND I BRING PLAYERS FROM OTHER CASINOS THEY PLAY HERE. I banned but they contunie to play is it normal? Ban them too?
