xtinepink Posted April 17, 2018 #1 Posted April 17, 2018 Hello stakers!! I wanna know if any of you played in real Casino? What does it feel to win there? I never went to a real casino and probably never will. Lol. So what did you play in a real casino?
badger Posted April 17, 2018 #2 Posted April 17, 2018 Pinkie, I have good news for you. I have spent more time in real casinos than probably everyone I know put together. I have played every game but baccarat, and know them all well. Won and lost enough to put a few Native Americans through college, and keep the lights on for a couple days. I'm pleased to report gaming online with Btc is better than playing in a real casino. If you have never been to a casino, you will fantasize and wonder about it. But I guarantee, there is nothing there, unless you really enjoy going out, that is worth writing home about. Plus, the house edge is substantially higher because of that pesky overhead... I won $6043.00 on a slot machine in *sigh* July 2008. The most I won in one sitting playing Spanish 21 was $4500.00, it was more than that but I tipped about $1200.00 to the dealers. I would love to say I was super happy and all the other emotions people could say. But realistically, I was just happy to get some of my money back. Without interest, lol. Casinos are over rated, higher house edge. Stay home, save money, and play with Btc. Because outside of the experience, in the end, Btc gaming is just as good, and imho, way better... One other really good thing of note, if you happen to meet weirdos online in chat at a casino, at least you don't have to worry about them following you home. Lol.
Han2x Posted April 17, 2018 #3 Posted April 17, 2018 I think you explained it very well @badger. I don't really wanna play in real casino now. Even though I haven't played it once. I'm scared of losing a lot so I will just stay online and lost a little BTC.

Lol Well great to know atleast you get some money back. I think I won’t be able to go in a real casino. Probably I will just lose it too. Did anyone followed you on your way home? I hope not though.

He play on stake like what she really play in real casino. Bet big and win big.
badger Posted April 17, 2018 #6 Posted April 17, 2018 No, but I've had some very less than pleasant experiences. None that have left me traumatized for life, but there are weirdos out there. Also, and not that this matters so much but, you can't just walk into a casino and play. You have to learn each game. The dealers are there to teach new players, so its no big deal. And its easy. But slightly nerve racking when no one told you that its not just sitting down and playing. No one told me, Im telling you lol.
btcxd Posted April 17, 2018 #7 Posted April 17, 2018 Yes, alot of times... Usually starts with slots then later on bacarrat

nhoyasim101 Posted April 19, 2018 #10 Posted April 19, 2018 i've once in real casino with my father in law i'play bacarrat, we won and never coming back again😉he thought me a quote (if you hate your neighbor, friends, or relatives teach him/her to play in casino)and their life would miserable😀 sounds weird for me during that time, until a wife of batch army, become addicted in real casino, and come to the point that she sells their house, without my batch knowing as we are assign far from family. @badger is right better to play btc gaming, online casino, much safer and and you will meet a lot people around the globe😉

77kdub Posted July 8, 2019 #15 Posted July 8, 2019 I've been to a few land based casino's, but I only play slots when I do go, no table games or anything like that. Maybe if they had Plinko I would go more often. 😁
Bimfo Posted July 8, 2019 #16 Posted July 8, 2019 For someone like me that stays in a developing country and also a remote area, online casino is definitely my chance to feel how real casinos works. Because I have to travel for hundreds and thousands of miles before I have a little shot at casinos. PD and Stake are my only chance of seeing a casino everyday, and I love casinos. I have experienced a casino when the only casino I know of in my country sponsored some of its user and fans to Las Vegas. It was heaven on heart. That was the best feeling I have a bout casinos till this day.
cryptofly Posted July 8, 2019 #17 Posted July 8, 2019 There is nothing like to gamble in a table with real dealers and real gamblers, specially those blackjack tables. Being in a live casino vs online casino is pretty much like to drive a real car in a race vs use your xbox control and gamble, no matter how big the screen is, how naturally can the graphics be, no matter how noisy the baffles can get, never will be the same. My opinion. Good luck in your gambling. By the way, I use to be in the casinos by the time the slots machines were paying you with tokens and you collected them in plastic jars... long time, but I was there. Ciao.
Urnut Posted July 8, 2019 #18 Posted July 8, 2019 i've played once in a real casino not my thing i prefer stake
kayke94 Posted July 9, 2019 #19 Posted July 9, 2019 yeah ive been there too many times really, i used to go there everyday and eventually start losing all my money and ended up broke with nothing left to eat nothing... so everyone better stay online its waay to addictive
Gess069 Posted July 9, 2019 #20 Posted July 9, 2019 I’ve played like 6-7 times on a real casino here in Macedonia, there are not much casinos and games like here but they have blackjack, roulette etc games that every real casino has. For the games I played I used to play BlackJack( lost almost 50$ there I just began there to play that’s why and I didn’t know how the game works that’s why ) the other game I used to play was Roulette and I won about 85$ there I recovered my money and took a bit profit, I haven’t played anymore only here online because I work everyday and I don’t have much time to go to a real casino and play there for hours and hours...
CntryBoy Posted July 9, 2019 #21 Posted July 9, 2019 I have played in real land-based casinos many times, and I actually prefer that to playing online. I enjoy the atmosphere in most of them, and I prefer to play games like 3 Card Poker and Let It Ride. I love playing at Stake and a couple other online casinos, but to me nothing beats playing at a live action casino. The only bad thing is that the closest ones to me are almost 2 hours away.
Burgerwcheese Posted July 9, 2019 #22 Posted July 9, 2019 You can’t go back and undo the mistakes you have made in the past or repeat your solo successes. All you can do is spend an occasional moment reflecting on what life has tried to teach you and make an effort to learn those lessons. The first time I walked into a casino I was both amazed and unimpressed. I was amazed by all the sounds of the slot machines and I was unimpressed by the architecture. That was a temporary casino on a Native American reservation in the hot dusty west. It almost had a saloon like atmosphere with the cigarette smoke, the dark ceiling, and the droves of cowboys and their women (or guys who wanted to be cowboys and their wives) sitting around pulling levers on slot machines. There were nights when the cigarette smoke was so thick you had to step outside for a breath of fresh air. There were times when, as you raked gold tokens (we called them “coins”) out of the coin trays in the slot machines, you looked at your fingers and saw they were dirty, grimy, black and stank of odors you could not identify. I washed my hands often in those days, a habit I have not quite lost even in modern “clean” casinos. I won and lost a lot of money in the casinos. I had fun and I found myself wondering why I would spend 12 hours on a Saturday playing games that just wanted to take my money. Somewhere along the way I learned a few of those lessons life wanted to teach me. Here is what I can share with you. A few times I made the mistake of taking all my spare cash to the casino with me. Once in a while I got lucky and came out ahead but there is something about having all your money with you that makes you a dumb as doorknobs gambler. You throw caution to the winds and you start betting faster and making larger bets. Is that a new slot machine? What the hell! Let’s put $50 into it before we understand how the bonus game works! It’s even worse when your friends know you have money. You’ll be sitting at the blackjack table and maybe getting a little bit ahead and someone comes tapping on your shoulder. “Do you have any money?” More than once I wanted to say, “Not really. I’m just borrowing this $300 from the casino before I give it back to the dealer.” Instead I usually said, “Here is $50. Don’t blow it all on one game.” Intentionally self imposed poverty makes you a better gambler because you are more aware of just how little money you have. When you get carried away you make bad decisions. I once spent three months saving $1,000 that I thought I would use for a vacation or something. One night my gf and I were at a casino and we spent the $200 I had brought along for the evening. She wasn’t ready to go home and she was feeling miserable because we had lost all our money. “Oh no, dear, we’re not broke,” I said. “We still have $1000 in the savings account.” And I took out my ATM card to prove it. There’s just something about knowing you have money close at hand that makes you take bigger risks. You are there in the casino to be entertained. There were nights where I found myself playing games I did not understand, could not love and appreciate, and hoped I would never play again. When the casino is most crowded, as during a holiday celebration, you may have to wait a long time to get a seat at a table you want to play. Inevitably I wander over to the slot machines. There are some slot machine games that were obviously designed in the deepest pits of hell. Someone loves these games, I tell myself, but then I call myself a liar. No one can love a slot game that looks like it was based on a child’s collection of bathtub toys. You’d have to be reliving your childhood to want to listen to the silly squeaky ducks and squirrels. After about three spins I know if I can tolerate a slot machine game. But the same is true of blackjack. If the cards are just going back and forth and your stake neither grows nor shrinks eventually you get tired of going nowhere. That is the nature of gambling, to be sure, but you want either the satisfaction of beating the house or the challenge of having to decide when to cut your losses short. If the game is just happening there is no challenge and no satisfaction. I have learned not to play boring games. If nothing happens either way I stop playing the game. I’m not gambling because I want to be bored for a few hours. If you cannot get something to shake loose after an hour and you are running out of stake money, leave. It’s not your night. You don’t owe it to the casino to lose all your money there. If you can grab a free meal do so but then take off. You can come back another time and maybe then the cards will fall your way or the random number generator will be aligned with the right stars. Don’t count on a shrinking stake to keep you in the game. It just doesn’t work that way. I would rather walk out with my dignity and a few dollars in my pocket than be the stubborn idiot who has to stay all night trying to get back what I’ve lost. There will be other nights. If God is willing and the river don’t rise, I’ll come back with more money that I can afford to lose after another paycheck or two and I can try my luck again.
jualid Posted July 9, 2019 #23 Posted July 9, 2019 Nope, i never play in real casino. Well it's because of gambling is banned and illegal to play here in my country. I need to go to other countries to play in real casino, maybe someday.

I have visited a real casino a time or two .... okay a million times. There is two casinos exactly one hour away from me. Another one that is a hour and a half and two or three more that are like two and half hours away. I guess you could say I have spent some time at the casino in real life. 🙂
