Yesterday was my birthday and this is what I got from Stake :D

My birthday was on 28 June i.e yesterday.{stake username: ZenitonXD} I was level 2 verified and did meet with all the requirements necessary. 3 of their staffs ( MilosMi,FilipSt and Jana) did told me that i will get something since i match all the requirements blah blah check your mail but on the day of my birthday, the whole management started making excuses).at 1st a guy named Jacky or whatever said that you won't get making new rules of 72 hours blah blah then i showed him the screenshot proof of chat with other staffs i automatically got connected with a head support guy then he said i will get but after waiting i got nothing. Each and everytime i started a new thread with staff they all were creating new rules and trying so hard to not to give me birthday bonus and after showing all the proofs all they were saying that its not upto us only marketing team can do something this that blah blah man i m literally tired now. Stake is mostly known since they provide rakebacks and bonuses higher than other sites but if it is like this then sorry i am out i will try somewhere else if not casino then atleast sportsbet anywhere.

From their responses we can see that you werent verified and you only tried to verify on the same date (28th) so you can try and obtain your birthday bonus lmao. So many times you guys blaming support when they actually havent done anything wrong. If you were already verified you would have received your b-day bonus 100%

Yeah that's what it sounded like. Saying you are verified now doesn't mean you were on your bday. I also got my bonus last year. Didn't get the email but after asking in chat they gave me a claim link.

Update:- They finally sent me my stake birthday bonus i.e 5$ lol but i had to go through alot for this lol and also those who are talking about verification.....stake managements already told me that if i manage to get verified on my birthday i will receive (3 of their staffs did said this i have chat ss proofs too)

Do stake.us members get bday bonus?

Do you need to be certain vip level to get 25$?  (I only ask cause person who originally made post received 5)
