Frozenmantle Posted July 2, 2023 #1 Posted July 2, 2023 ok so when i made my account i didnt know that the username Frozenmantle would forever be assigned to me and permanent. i would like for my user name to be something i recognize something that represents me on the platform and not some mumbojumbo bogus name assigned to me at random. i am doing affiliate program and campaign. this is not a cool name or even something i recognize i dont even know what it means ???? why ? why cant i change my user name just like once ? to something i like ? something that i actually choose for it to be . im willing to let my vip status go for a reset or even pay a fee! so if i play for the next 20 years and deposit thousands and thousands of dollars .. im still stuck with this crazy username ? shoot the dmv or goverment would let me change it before stake will .. i just do not understand .. i have spoken to onboarding and the live support multiple times . the answer is always no . i beg of you please give me one reason why ? obviously this is something we all wonder or you would not be here reading this now . allow us one a year or to pay a fee or do a reset of vip to do a username change so we are not humiliated by the name assigned to us during recruitment.
