Can't Change My seed for like 4 days!

Hello, I have contacted the Live Support 3 times, they said that it will be forwarded to admins and they will reset something but nothing seems to be working.

Basically, I can't change my seed. I have cleared my Google Chrome Cache like 4 times, nothing like that helps.

When I click on the Provably Fair it reads this :

@Caligio if you open up a support ticket, by going to more > live support. They can arrange for your seed to be reset so that you can play again normally.

But I have opened one 3 times. Last time I got told this:

If you make a new account, it will solve the issue.
