I don't have a double account and I've had the problem before on the pre-monthly publication,

I have been a player for more than two years on the site but the lack of communication with regard to this kind of event really displeases me.

Granting this kind of amount with such high monthly stakes is scandalous.

I am frankly disappointed with the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused

Maybe it's a random thing, they need to reduce the monthly payers they need to give for some promotion only big players can participate

yeah the support look like a bot, same copy paste thing. they don't even care at all. Worst Support Ever

This is so unfair. I am loyal and honestly played in this site. Even though I always lost. I'm still depositing and playing. I don't even care if I don't received tips or rains because I'm not a rainfarmer. And this account is not bought, it's real mine. I know it's wrong to mention his name, but I swear to God I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't breach the terms and I always deposit in this site. I believe that I have not violated any terms and conditions. And also I believe I met the requirements to get that monthly bonus. The loyal and honest and real owner of this account got being suspected that it shouldn't be. And I believe that I have not violated any law and I met the requirements to get the monthly. I don't know how long my account will be like this, it's so disappointing! Thank you. Hope you can fix this.

Just play somewhere else. Obviously you are getting played by them.

I got lowest monthly in my history 2$. Complaining to company which exists to take money from people is useless. They don't care about yours loyalty. 1 person out of i don't know 20 will leave site forever because of another monthly robbery but what they invest in marketing will give them 2 new players for that person who left. They know that if somebody is playing for long knows to much, and complains to much, they need fresh, stupid players and their money. Of course i am not talking only about stake, i have many different accounts on different betting sites and most of them are like this. Nothing new.

every month I receive more than $100 and this month $3 you feel helpless that cannot be solved. It is the second time stake stolen and you only answer this, they do not say more or try to help you.
