How incompetent support team deleted my stake account (story)

Almost a year and a half ago, i decided to use one of those privacy tools that unsubscribe you from  all emails/data collecting servicing, unknowingly i sent a data erasure request to stake, on the same day stake replied that my ''self-exclusion'' request was registered, i immiedietaly said that it was a mistake but they wouldn't bulge. More recently, i read TOS and it completely showed how incompetent stake team is.

1. They treated a data erasure request as a self exclusion request/ instead of promotional opting out (2 different things in their tos)

2. Even if they treated it as a self exclusion, they didn't follow their confirmation process (24hr cooldown, double confirmation, asking for timeframe,etc)

3. Support is completely useless and doesn't answer my concerns that i bring out here, i also have to communicate with same support that deleted my account in the first place

4. Once support stonewalls you, there's no other communication path or authority over them, they just decide everything with impunity

 

Just warning you guys that if you ask for data erasure, they might use that to self-exclude you, the reason why? Maybe because i had a high reward account (diamond) even tho my account was recently profitable..
