ivxx Posted July 21, 2023 #1 Posted July 21, 2023 Was just told I can't change my username and I can't create another account because having more than one account is forbidden. So you're basically forcing people to use the username they don't want and this is completely dumb in terms of user retention. Please provide us a way to change our username even if we have to pay for that, this would avoid people abusing it but to be honest you have a lot of other options for that, including limiting changing it often, having a public history of username change, etc. The best way to retain users is doing what they want, not what you want.
