Is there a future for High Rollers on Stake?

I get well along with my host, he really fights for me and is a great guy. My criticism is going at the system not any individuals.

Situation:

- You wager millions in days while the only offer available for you are typical "5 dollar Christmas in July (!)" offers. If you ask some of the backup host for some attention, this is normally where they go looking. They will find out that its fully claimed and tell you, their VIP-client that the 5 dollar is not available. You, the VIP-client do maybe 20 dollar spins. 

- You will wait. And wait. And wait. This is frustrating. Maybe Stake should have more hosts all over and just not in a lonley timezone nowhere. Is there to easy to get a VIP host? Maybe I (Plat5) should also not be a VIP-member. To be fair, i will much more prefer to stand in line at the normal support and get help within 5 minutes than waiting 5 hours. When you try to get their help for a easy task, suggestion or question, they will just send you back to your vip-host telling you that its not their jurisdiction

- The VIP treatment (this is not true for my host, but for any backup i ever had) have to be asked for. I never get a message in my inbox about an offer, a cool feature or congratulation on a win or something like that. If i want something, i will have to get in line and hope i have a answer the morning after.  

I really love stake, i have had a long brake from it before i went back, but seeing this only getting worse makes me wanna return to other casinos again. However i am writing this, and i really do want to stay, but not at any price. I hope by shining a light on these problems, maybe someone else also will read this and agree or tell their story so we might can see Stake going back to its roots with propper and fully committed care. 

Cause Stake is still best at a lot of things, no one tells me what i can do and what i cant do, i can hunt if i want, i can deposit whenever and trust my withdraws to arrive within minutes. Would be a shame if it all went to waste.

I dont want to make this about me, Keyziah. Thats why i hope other will see this and maybe share my opinion. 

Im Platinum 5 currently. I played a bit on Stake a good time ago and came back last week only to see how things has turned for the worse. I off course play a lot on other sites.
