Wager Issue

I’m so confused with Support. 
 

I’ve never had an issue before. I always spread positive vibes to the staff as I know a bunch of you are extremely rude to them. But I’m mind-blown with this not actually doing anything support wise. Just being an NPC.

I couldn’t claim weekly stream codes saying my wager wasn’t enough. I have 12 tickets therefore 12k wagered this week, so I had enough. 
 

And weekly started for these 12 tickets at the time 6 days 23 hours 57mins from when I asked. So it’s impossible for my 12k wager to be showing 6k like they said where I can’t claim stream drops. 
 

I only wager over 10k to claim these drops. And now I have no faith.
