 I changed Telegram, and wrote to VIP host from a new telegram, he said that verification should be done, and me need to write to email due to the fact that I changed telegram. Via email they say I need to send old transactions from my wallet, but this is 100% unrealistic because I clean my "Exodus" wallet very often. I don't have access to old transactions. Then they asked for my full documents, full KYC. But I'm one of those who won't send documents to such places. Stake.com always says that sending documents is at my discretion, not obligatory, EXACTLY FOR THIS REASON I PLAY HERE. Conclusion - I lost full access to VIP host, rewards, and 90% of all privileges.

Solve problem if someone from STAFF is reading this. Since it is unrealistic to get real support somewhere.

How the fuck do you expect to verify you?? You are giving them no option to verify you.. it’s your fault man.

Up to this point, for many years, verification of documents was not required.

I have access to EVERYTHING, to mail, to an account and so on. I have not lost any access, everything is fine! Only problem with my stupid VIP host.

I don't understand why verification with VIP host is so serious, VIP host can do nothing but give rewards. A confirmation mail via email would be sufficient.

You have to understand… there are many many scammers out there.. they don’t know you are who you claim to be.  So they need to somehow verify you to make sure they are providing information to correct person.
