When I contacted evolution customer support they don't reply long time and after I want to stake customer support, they told me to go evolution customer support, and then I got reply. Until now I didn't get my money back but this not the point of this post. My point is if we will not notice that They will not return our money? HOW CAN WE TRUST?? MILLIONS OF PLAYERS ARE BETTING EVEN SMALL AMOUNTS MULTI BY MILLIONS =HOW MUCH?? SOME PLAYERS THEY WILL NOT NOTICE OR THEY WILL NOT MIND ABOUT THAT.

They should be pro-active with this, but i can tell you probably not. of course minor errors can occur, but it is always the organizing party ((service) provider) that is responsible for that and so also for any damage taken by users. Strange. Let's hope you will get a decent respons! Curious case!

Again happened same thing today Do I need to always check and tell customer service everytime and wait 24 hours to get back my money??? What a beautiful evolution.
