3e monthly plat 1 and can't exclude my self immediately

After yesterday experience (wich was pretty close to every week's here since now months. Lost 150-200 in one day trying to get a 40x at 0.20 cent lmao never again) I was definitely motivated to request a permanent exclusion from that casino. What a surprise if I dot that I won't be able to claim any forum prize, so basically I have to wait or donating them more money. That Responsible Gambling policy is just bullshit. We can't even fix a limit deposit. 

Bonus like weekly, post monthly, monthly are never fully paid to me.

Also what's this error ? I only get this error of certificate on stake. No wonder why you need mirrors link. Lmao sus

Just ban yourself from using the casino, but not the sportsbook. That way you can still claim everything while only nt being able to use the casino. Easy fix

That's not what the support said. If I exclude my self from the casino part, wich I have to send a mail probably wait for there answer bcs I'll have to reply to it ..

they try there best to slow it down. Why I can't choose these settings directly on stake ? Like you just select sport/casino/both select the number of days and click ban. They perfectly know  what they are doing acting they are doing nothing wrong bcs they implemented a useless responsible gamble policy. Bullshit

if you are having trouble limiting or self excluding yourself on Stake, you can always check if u can limit or block your deposits on the payment provider side ?

I thought they implemented a responsible gamble system ? Limit of deposit are basic lol 

I could probably do that on binance. But why ? I simply asked basic things that can apparently can't do here when it's normal on every single bookmaker that have a real license and accept audit from third party. Stake are just shady asf and now they need more addicts than never

Any idea when exactly this update was pushed ? Bcs feel like I checked between 1 and 3 week ago and I had only 2 tab, the gambling limit wasn't there Oo
