25k e sports promotion round 2 mail

hey guys

i have completed the 2nd achievement of the e-sports promotion (https://stake.com/de/promotions/promotion/esports-elite-challenge-25k-prize-pool)

 

the 3rd stage has started now, however, i did not receive a mail that i completed the 2nd stage successfully - even though i got all the eligible bets necessary. 

 

can anyone confirm that these mails have been sent out? after the first stage i got my "achievement mail" rather quick

 

being kinda worried that my bets were not read out properly or so, wondering if i should contact support about it 

 

or are mails now only being sent out after completing step 1, 2 and 3?

i wasnt eligible for another reason, but support checked everything and was helpful here
