It used to be, not anymore. Too much shady things, scams and no transparency. 
Go around forum and read people’s experience, big majority is negative and there is a good reason for it.

giveaways are proven to be rigged, bonuses are lower then ever, support is ignorant when you have a problem, adn worst of all in every promotion or newsletter they try to manipulate players.

And don’t believe fake bot accounts on forum saying everything is perfect here.

Like these two here. Both joined forum few days ago. Stake is working hard and using bots to make it appear everything is good, while in reality it’s far from good. Extremely dissapointing what Stake has turned into.
