3.The responsibilities of a moderator include educating new participants about the rules, addressing violations of guidelines and instances of defamation or harassment, working towards improving the safety of the community, and taking actions to enhance user satisfaction.

 

4.To provide a better environment for users and address the concerns of moderators who may be dissatisfied due to vague rules or discretion, actions are taken.

 

5.I was once muted due to mistakenly posting a drop code in the past. Additionally, on a separate occasion, I submitted an appeal after receiving an unjustified mute.

 

6.I don't have any experience as a moderator in a casino.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

A.  I want to make the use of chat smooth and make the chat enjoyable for all stake users.      There are many violators of Japanese chat, especially users from other countries, so I want to respond firmly.

現在0  チャットで一部とても良い方達の為にレインしか降らせてません

正直に言うと違反者を注意したりなど以外は、わからないので本当に何をするべきかをよく勉強し行動し、実行し魅せる立場の理想像であることかと思います。

18歳から賭け事など無縁で仕事だけしてきました、7社目を設立する時に目を悪くしてしまい、

海外行く以外は退屈な日々です。ギャンブルも下手でお金より勝つか負けるかに刺激をうけるタイプです。指示されたことや自己判断でダメだとわかるものは完璧を常に意識し正しい判断を私はできると思うからです。ギャンブルよりこちら側の方が才能を活かせると思います、何をどうしたらいいか徹底的に勉強しても良い結果になっても自分自身に納得したことなどありません。常に完璧を追う努力だけが私の長所です。

3.Moderators exist to maintain the order of chats fairly for all users so that all users can enjoy conversations. Also, having dignity keeps the chat from getting rough.

4.I've been in Japan chat for a long time. And I want to protect a place where everyone there can have fun and communicate. Because I want to liven up the chat in my home country.

5.No, I've never been muted.

6.I only play Stake. That's why I never experienced being a moderator.

The day I became a moderator,
I would like to do my best so that everyone can enjoy chatting in Japan.

~1ユーザーとして思う事など個人的な意見での違反者への対応が多く、また改善点を見出す余地があると思います。

~最近は他国のユーザーが日本チャットへ現れると言う自体が多々見られます、そこで私は4カ国語話せますので迅速且つ丁寧に注意喚起を行えます。

~悪い点のみではなくユーザー達の良い点を発掘し、よりアクティビティな活動促進を行います。

Moderator's job that I think is to maintain peace of chat room, and to greet new participants, to get along with regulars,

to explain rule of chat, to deal with rule violators if needed.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I think Some innovaton is needed for Japanese chat room.

I don't know why but there are many strange unique local rules and those make Japanese chat room be exclusive and uninterresting.

I want to abolish those bad customs and open the door to new participants.

Yes, I muted by spaming in challenge chat room once.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

No.

 

日本語チャットルームのモデレーターをたびたび募集してますが、内外から批判される通りに、変わらず存在する独自ルールや独特な裁量の強要でチャットルームが閉鎖的でつまらなくなってると思います。チャレンジルームとかを時々のぞきますがもっと自由にチャットを楽しんでられるように感じます。

カジノで遊びながらチャットで勝った負けたあーだこーだの話をできるのはチャットルームを設けてるステイクの他のカジノにはなかった楽しめるポイントであり、私もそのおかげでずっとステイクで遊び続けていいるので、チャットルームが一部の人にしか参加しづらいものになっているというのは残念に思い、そういう所を改善する一助に慣れたらなと思い立候補しました。
