Explain this to me.

They are telling me that despite winning this bet, the score is incorrect and therefore it has been canceled. I have looked everywhere and haven't seen anything wrong with it. They are making fun of me.I just want to receive the money I earned. (Stake username : Lodos)

That's clearly a win.. But why you got odds of 1.0 instead of 1.85? Looks crazy

The bet is voided, that's why. He didn't lose or win.

Checked several sites and it shows that they won the game.

It can be many things.

My guess is odds have been displayed incorrectly, or similar, in which case they have absolute right to void any such bet. And that is stated in terms and conditions.

And every site does it.

It does not have to be incorrectly displayed odds, it can be other things, but they should definitely communicate the reason for voiding bet.

Yeah this happens way to often it seems. I had a few bet in a row of this happened to me a few month back... In my case it was even worse. I had the correct odds as I compared this on other site and on the simulated bets I made was also the correct odds. But in my case It also got settled as a win. I then bet on other stuff for approx an hour or so before they took my balance away and changed them to void.  No explanation given until I forced them to give one.

Can you guess what they told me? At the time I bet on simulated markets there was something wrong and therefor they voided all bets on all these markets that was placed during that time, even the ones that had the correct odds on display! Cost me a few hunderd bucks and on a normal fiat book I would had get the money compensated to me but Stake dont operate like that.

Thanks for the support. But shouldn't it be won rather than void? Like you said, you checked it on several sites. Or do is misunderstand something here?

I have checked several sites that show results, but I cannot know the exact reason. Only support can explain this to you.

Maybe it was like Jeebus said, I'm not sure.
