Any way to keep people from deleting their weekly forum giveaway post?

Every single week after the forum giveaway pages get published there's people deleting their posts. to shift all the pages around. Not a single time I've been on my original page for the last 3 months. Could you please do something about this. It's obviously getting abused by multi accounts.

Users do not have the ability to delete their posts. I do this because people post their usernames more than once, which is not allowed. If you want to know your real post number and page number, you need to check it after I lock the thread.
