Agreed, I'd give support a message and ask you will get a quicker response then on the forum, perhaps its a glitch where it showed the next card as a jack , but it was really something else.

atasi Posted August 19, 2023 #13 Posted August 19, 2023 are you using a bot? i know there are some weird bots/scripts that let you bet even stuff like 4 = 4. pretty sure thats just what happened and you selected "lower" instead of "lower or equal"

So theres no way to use any bot right now. Besides that, the screenshot that the player provided, if its not manipulated in any way, confirms a fail in the system. @Hadi8Please contact support, and if you want, provide us an update.

It can not be disabled. The site itself uses the api. of course there are "bots" and the api offers more possibilities than you can use on the site. Ofc API will work from inside. If you can provide me proof that players can use API regularly, i will retreat from my argument.

This is a loss because this symbol means just lower: And Is not the same as this symbol (which means equal or lower): Now, how you were able to choose just lower, beats me. but you did somehow lol. Edit- I got curious and contacted support about bow "just lower" was even a choice on a jack....took like 15 mins an got this response: Thank you for your patience. If you need anything else, please let us know. so yeah, maybe glitch that you were allowed to choose "just lower." but if there some weird botting/script reason (as mentioned itt) you were allowed to pick just lower/higher, then it is a loss.
