Rank Up Reload Deleted

@Eddie @Steve  Hello I became plat 2, 3 days ago. First they did not give me the rank up bonus for that day they said there is a problem about website so they sent it after a day.Support gave me 40 dolar reload per day.Today when i open to claim reload I see 0 dolar reload when i asked support they did not give me any information. Is that a bug? If yes when you are going to solve it? If no how can I trust and deposit to stake?

Most likely due to the TRX bug this day. If u did nothing weird then they will give you that level up bonus and new reloads

Do you find the received reload from the last days in your notifications? 

The best way to do this is to search under 

settings (person icon) ->transactions -> other 

(Here you can filter by reload)

and see if you see the reload there. 
Maybe it helps  

If you have never claimed the reload, is it in the level up message?

Maybe it helps them if they have this info (ask politely again). 
Then they can see that you had 2 times a daily reload available (which is only available on Plat2 via level up).

Platinum 2 rank up bonus is 400$ + recent gameplay bonus + 28 day reload. This user clearly claimed only 2 reloads... so where are the rest 26 days? Or am I missing something?

I asked several support but they do not give information they just said you are not eligible for this bonus.
