best/fastest way to wager?

Why do you want to wager? It's almost never worth it and will cost you 1% on average.

In the past, I'd do 97% dice, add 2% on win for a streak of 20/25/30 then reset.

If you're happy to pay the 1%, the quickest way is originals Baccarat.. same bet on banker and player. You break even or lose 2% every hand and it should balance out to roughly 1% over enough hands. If you have a $100 balance and bet $40 on each, it should wager $2k before it stops and then you repeat with the $80 you have left or try to recoup it to $100 before you go again.

It's all the same shit with different  coloured stripes painted on it. Stake will always manage to extract money from you quickly, no matter the odds.

Where ever you want to wager you will end up losing money, imo dont push yourself for wagering and just play online games is better to wager than slots, because its very promising that you will lose all your money on slots.
