Recently leveled up to plat 5, I’ve had the same host since plat 3, from plat 4 to 5 i lost 20k, I have been denied a loss back or any type of bonus for my losses i talk to many other gamblers who tell me they get many bonuses, I’m just curious Where is the vip treatment when having a vip host,. I wagered 400k last week with a 5k loss and was given .70 cent reload. Then I leveled up yesterday and my reloads weren’t renewed they got boosted from .70 to .77 for the remainder of the reload which is only 5 days, every other gambler i’ve spoke with told me there’s got boosted massively to either 7-14 days. I’m just curious is this a joke? I don’t ask for much I just want fair treatment. I’ve asked this host countless times for a host change she clearly has something against me and only responds with copy and paste answers.

thats disgusting. I am not looking forward to ranking up to plat 4 anymore... thought the higher vip level you are staff respects you more and you get more rewards...

Mikey is the best host, so I don't complain much 😂 I do know what you mean though. Some hosts aren't as nice as the others. I'm sure they're supposed to renew your reloads when you level, right? I'm not looking forward to getting diamond for the same reason.

Host in the past have been caught pocketing pocketing bonus/reload money. @Eddie you need to investigate @Milena she’s holding me hostage and won’t give me a host change cause “there’s no host available” yet people level to plat 4 every day and get a host.

There's clearly somekind of misleading info going around. I mean there is absolutely no fing way you can get 0.70 cent reloads being in those VIP levels. Disgusting!

Not eager to level up to Plat 4 anymore at this point. But there should be a logical explanation. Sad part is we don't have a reasonable source to file complaints to. Live support? NO- you're gonna be told that all the bonuses are correct. Email the support? Again- NO. You'll be getting the same thing in return like from Live support. So what should we do as customers? I'm not talking about silver or any other rank until Plat 3 (no offense intended). 

Been few times I've noticed a flaw in bonuses, providing proof and all the details got me what I deserved but it was only regarding forum challenges and people like Nenad, Aleks or Nikola would actually hear you out, do some research and credit you the correct amount if you're really right and have a valid point. Shout out to you 3 guys for that! 🫡 Anyone else out there who hasn't done things properly before: take an example and learn a thing or two about support work (Again: no offense intended).

To be honest, I'd tell that VIP host to fuck off and switch website, their job is to make you stay at site, its not your responsibility to please her, you're the customer

And this is what this place FAILS to realize … they have the streamers so they dont give a fuck. Its so so bad. No accountability for nothing that goes on here. They aren’t transparent about anything here. Ive never seen a place like this in my LIFE … treat customers like absolute shit .. like we have to bow down to these people. Its amazing

Well you should be treated differently.

And a host change once should be allowed...or atleast once per half a year. 

Especially if there is any beef with you 2.

Some loss back should be allowed as a higher spender.

So i was told by my host u can get reloads in these set time frames, Daily, hourly  and 10 mins,

so i went with the 10 mins. the next time i went to have my reload reset, i asked for a break down what i would get for all these time frames,?

My host, told me "Additionally for hourly/10 minute reloads, amounts can also be impacted by the total volume of claims you make."

so since i claimed to many 10 mins reloads, i no longer get na increase amount  for hourly or 10 mins time frames, i actually am getting less then if i took on daily. 

i find this to be BS so they offering u reloads but penalize you and reduce them if u claim them on the time frames they have set lol?

so much for being a vip and getting reloads, @Eddie

Sounds to me like you abused the reload by using a bot to claim them. 😅

im a plat 2 and have never received any random bonuses lol. i just find it funny how in real casinos you receive free rooms, free food, free drinks, etc. on stake u get nothing lmao

Every employee on the site does the best they can to make USERS/CUSTOMERS LEAVE THE SITE, they really dont give a fuck about us. You cant do anything to change that , its literally the worst treatment you can get to get you out of the Casino.
I dont know if it is a strategy or something , because is AWFUL, i mean WTF 

Support is useless , even if you show every proof posible they just dont give a fuck about a thing. The last guy i talked from support, after a lot of screenshots and explanations, he made me upload a video recording proof of my issue, i shared on his chat, he said he couldnt see it on support chat ,if i can upload on youtube, i uploaded the video on youtube and then the video wasnt valid because i speed it up in one section because it was too long and just for that action he didnt solved anything and i wasted 2 hours with the issue explanation/screenshots/video-editing/uploading, etc (And the video was so simple, even a chimp could understand it) 

Chat moderation is also awful on this site. Those guys dont even care about users, the only thing they do is promoting the site with those stupid TG challenges + promotions and mute you if you are not an Eddie dickrider or not praise them like demi gods they are.
