That bonus email is definitely fake or spoofed - did you click on that link? Could even ask support to verify that if you want to know.

Going to guess you’ve clicked on that link, allowed someone access - 2FA kicked in for withdrawals/tips so they’ve just max bet spun it on a game til it lost just to be a dick.

And before you ask; Stake ain’t refunding that if you’ve been phished - because then everyone would just max bet their balance and claim they were phished also.

Bonus email was exactly stake looking and had my user name. Stake confirmed. So I was phished. I just can't get over this. I am in huge red already on stake

Did you use some third party software like autoclickers or bots? That happened to me twice in two different years apart first was because I used some autoclicker on my pc and the same happened. I had bets a different Stake Original games which I didn't make. Second, I have no idea how was the hacker able to get into my account but I was witnessing the whole thing I can on that time how my balance comes out from the vault so I kept on depositing it back to the vault I thought it was some bug until finally he was able to withdraw all of my balances. But what I learned is that never leave huge balances at stake and always withdraw them to your secured wallet second always have 2fa enabled. Securing your account is your responsibility stake won't help you even if you can prove it wasn't you who placed the bets or withdrew the money.

I have doubts, it doesn't seem convincing to me As far as I understand, there was no 2FA in your account, the person who wanted to hack you could have withdrawn that money directly to their own account instead of printing the money and losing it, they hacked your mail without losing it, after all, but for some reason, the hacker prefers to lose the money, it seemed a little strange to me here by the way, don't get me wrong, it's just my mind, it's still sad

Hi. saturday i found on my loggin session a ip from Turkey, so that means someone has logged in on my account from there. I never clicked a phishing link or something like this, also i have 2fa acctivated. so still dont know how that was posible. I contacted support and they put my account on witdrawal mode until i send everything what they ask to prof that is my account. You should contact [email protected] and you will receive a email with all the details you need to prove you are the owner of that account. If you send and you are the owner of the account they will reopen your account and you can pass the rest % of your lvl. Good luck

Same thing happened to me bro. Iam 81% to plat 3. And they have restricted my account cause some hacker got access to my account. Even after proving all the original details and KYC they still disabled my account. What to do now ?

did you receive the email with all details what you have to send them? if yes, just wait at least 24h and then contact support again. Dusan helped me.

May be due to 2FA hacker couldn't cashout.

Stake theory is not out of picture too.

I wouldn't be posting all this if I gambled away .

I have had the same issue but the bonus email isnt fake, I Checked the domain its same that Stake sends their promotional emails from. Stake is totally unsafe. Have had this issue twice.
