Unable to check my VIP Progress from last 2 weeks. I can't level up!!

Couple of weeks ago Stake.com had some issue with TRX and since then my vip progress isnt visible I am currently at Gold and I was close to Plat 1( over 87%) 2 weeks ago and in last 2 weeks I have wagered enough that I should be past Plat 1 and use that bonus to build my bank roll but they arent doing anything about it. Its been over 2 weeks I have been talking regularly to support they have no answer no estimated time, where as almost everyone else is leveling up and enjoying the bonus. I wagered aggressively to reach to Plat 1 and now I am stuck from last 2 week and dont know how long it will take. Really very DISSAPOINTED.

Dont be an Ass, I didnt take any advantage my account has been good And i have been playing fair, so keep you third class thoughts with yourself. you yourself sound like a cheap cheat. so dont think of everyone else like yourself.

It happened to me as well, but after couple of minutes it came back, but i have problem with 10mil race, i`m removed from the list and asked support but they everytime telling me is gonna be solved, but look 5 days more and is finished.
