Once for a joke when i wasn't yet aware about some extra rules that were on forum and not in chat rules button.

Few years back on 2 community sites, one regarding gaming, the other main topic was research and IT together with off topic part of the chat

4. This is my 2nd try. I just wanna make stake polish chat better! Im here more then 2 years now, to be honest im not gambling a lot in last half a year, but im still often lurker here, i know community, know the rules and kind person.

To be honest, on average, recently, I spend 1.5-6 hours on the Polish chat every day. I tend to be more of an observer because I enjoy reading the chat. Of course, I will have more opportunities to engage and be more active after receiving an "Ⓜ️" letter before my nickname

Yes, I have received such warning in the past, although it was a while ago. I take community guidelines seriously and have since strived to consistently abide by them

Indeed, I have previous experience as a moderator on the one of the first gambling crash site, where I acquired valuable skills in handling diverse situations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive community environment. This prior experience has aptly prepared me for the responsibilities associated with a moderator role at Stake.

 

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

I am a nocturnal creature, I may not write much, but I observe a lot. Evening/Night are my natural hours, I worked night shifts for long time.

Typically on stake chat i spend 1-8 hours a day.

If I wanted to explain it with my words i would say, that moderator position is made for person that is competent and fair. keeping chat clean from any unwanted messages by our stake rules. This position is made also for helping players with any questions that we can answer so that live support don't get spam with these.

I would like to become a moderator precisely because of what I wrote above in point three. I know that i would be good person for this position. I want to help with moderating our Polish chat daily. I would be available also in two nights in the week. In my job i work nightshifts in eu, but Thursday and Friday night i have "weekend". So I'm active in late hours and i can tell you that right now night is the time we need someone to take care of the chat. 

In the past i was muted and warned few times already. All i can say is i can't change past, but future i can.

I have been an active Stake user and Polish chatter for over a year now. I want to become a moderator, because I would like to help make both Stake, and Polish chat a better place. Also I would love to help others if they would need any help, as this is also something I have been doing in the past and it worked out pretty well. In addition to that I understand the role of a moderator, and I love hanging out in the chat room.

While I don't have direct experience as a moderator on a platform like Stake, I do have a solid background in moderation from my time as a moderator on two prominent community forums, both of which centered around the FIFA game. During those years, I gained valuable experience in maintaining respectful and constructive discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts.

My experience as a FIFA community forum moderator provided me with essential skills in communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive atmosphere within a virtual community.  I spend quite a lot of time, about 8-12 hours every day. However, if it was required, I would be able to devote even more of it.

Moderator is a purely technical concept, but the person in this position should also be a helpful, fair, honest and trustworthy person. The moderator is responsible for "taking care" of the chat and the users who stay there, and ensuring that the atmosphere is as good as possible.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

The creation of a Polish chat room was already sought in 2019 when I began to take steps on this site. I and some other old players were very happy to hear from stake that there will be a Polish chat. The chat room should be a place where there is culture, a pleasant atmosphere and where the rules contained in the regulations are respected.  A moderator in a chat room not only guards but also helps when needed, so I would like to join the team of moderators of the Polish chat.

Yes, it happened 2-3 times. These weren't long sentences, more like a warning.

Yes, I was on a different site. I also served as Head Administrator and moderator on game servers.

In addition, the nature of my professional work involves spending a lot of time at the computer (computer graphic designer / professional DTP operator - 26 years of experience in the industry) and I treat spending time on the chat / Stake / gambling as a break from work.
5. Warned / muted / banned: One time muted for one hour (thanks to rain-bot). One time self-muted for 10 mins. Never warned / banned.
6. Moderator other platform: Yes. I was the admin of a very large 4Nayz casino group on Telegram (currently 3312 members). I also have a small, growing, private casino group on Telegram and several small groups related to my work.
7. Nightime: Why not? I often work at night.

The role of a moderator is to be a fair and trustworthy person that supports and monitors the chat along with answering questions in chat and monitoring the chat to make sure everyone is following the TOS

I have been an active Stake user since 2021 and I am very familiar with how stake chats operate. I am fluent in both Polish and English.
