There is nothing they support a customer. they just have one word to say nothing is in their jurisdiction Neither giving me a screenshot of wallet transaction nor refund or cancel the withdrawl. they are doing scammy behaviou day be day. I am attaching one proof where you can see the support team dont know whether if transaction is in pending confirmation hash can be showed in the blockchain. According to them if transaction is confirmed only then it showed in the blockchain. here is the fake and invalid hash. At first they tried to claim it was out of their control 🤣 They of course will not announce this on their channels and they refuse to take accountability.

Same company that leaked everyone's data through Sendgrid and chose not to announce it 🤣
