Zaenalabidin1 Posted September 10, 2023 #1 Posted September 10, 2023 Hi, I just recently started playing on www.stake.com and I made my first deposit of $1440 USD (deposited $20 later, so $1460 total), account username is ZaenalAbidin1. Placed my first bets and was later given a notification saying my account had been locked and I had to await a response from their support team. I've tried to cashout my bets because I no longer even want them I just want to withdraw my money but it doesnt seem possible. HORRIBLE first experience! If it does reach someone I want my bets voided as well and I want to withdraw my money. I've already submitted a complaint with Curacao eGaming so whether someone at stake sees this or egaming gets in touch with them first it doesn't matter to me, I just want my money back. I just don't get why this is happening.. I literally made my first deposit and made a bet and 20 minutes later everything was locked. I've been on other gambling sites before and had heard stake was a better experience so I wanted to try it out but it's very worrying I may have been robbed. Thank you to anyone who can help

I did so, but I have not received any response from them. I am unsure of the issue. Can you please help me?
