In Stake Chat there should be a jokes and banter channel

There's too much people with agendas, nothing to say, milling around hoping to catch a tip in the chat channels. If there was one channel that was strictly for quips, jokes, puns, banter, comedy, jokes, we would get some quality back and froths going between people having a good time.
