According to Rule 2, when it's a tie, the user with the highest bet gets an advantage, but at the same time I am in 23rd place

After checking the bets of the participants in 19th to 22nd place, I was convinced that you made an incorrect calculation and wrote a bet of $1 for me, although at the time of the bet it was $1.02, which is more than the user in 19th place
